Psalm 103:13 “Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.”
Proverbs 17:6“Children’s children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.”
Malachi 4:6“And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”
Colossians 3:21“Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.”

In today’s world, there are many “Prodigal Fathers” who need the grace of our Lord Jesus to reconcile with their children, and restore the bond that GOD almighty created to reflect His Love and Fatherhood in creation; fatherhood is the crown of God the Father reflected in all the names of God.
God is the ultimate Father, the creator, the provider, and all in all, and the only Father that is never a prodigal. A great Ill is on the earth today, the Prodigal sons of God have become Prodigal fathers, and their sons have become “The Fatherless who have fathers”.
The Earth is abounded with “The Fatherless who have fathers”, lost generations. A revival that turns the hearts of fathers to their sons and daughters is needed, for it is through the love of our earthly fathers that we perceive the Love of God.
If our earthly fathers can love and provide for us, how much more the heavenly Father? Earthly fathers are the glory of our God, for whom Jesus died and was resurrected to redeem this eternal, magnificent, all-encompassing Love.
The tenets of Fatherhood are embedded in the names of God:
- Elohim: The All-Powerful Creator: all-embracing, subtle power
- Jehovah: The Self-Revealing One: Pure and Evident Motives
- Adonai: The Owner of All: Whole in God
- Jehovah-Jireh: The Lord Who Provides: Care and provision
- El Shaddai: The Almighty Sufficient One: Contentment in God
- El Elion: The Most High Ruler: Rules His house through God’s will
- Jehovah Nissi: The Lord’s Banner of Victory: Victory in Christ Jesus
- Jehovah Shalom: The Lord Our Peace: Peace that God gives
- Jehovah Mekadesh: The Lord Who Sanctifies: Blesses and Prays
- Jehovah Rophe: The Lord Who Heals: Restores through Jesus
- Jehovah Tsikenu: The Lord My Righteousness: Righteousness of Jesus
- Jehovah Robi: The Lord My Shepherd: Works in the Path of Christ’s Light
- Immanuel: God With Us: One with Jesus Christ
- Ruach Ha-kodesh: Holy Spirit, God in Us: Filled with the Holy Spirit.
