In John 4:24, the Bible says, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” This means that the truth, revelation, and understanding can only be found in the Spirit; natural intuition or extensive study can never reveal the truths.
The number 666, with widespread rendering, is the sign of the “Man of Perdition,” “The Anti-Christ and Anti-Christs,” “Man or Men of Sin,” “The Mark of the Beast,” “Mark of Satan,” and “The Children of Disobedience.”
The true meaning of 666 is anyone who rejects the manifestation of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The mark comes against those who receive the curse of Life, those who prefer the ways hate and reject love; Hate is the lust of the flesh, the pride of life, and the lust of the eyes.
Historically, at the beginning of creation, the first man to have the 666 mark was Cain, and the last Cain will be the Final Anti-Christ, a man with the fullness of Satan. As in Genesis 4: 15, “And the Lord said to him, [h]“Therefore, whoever kills Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.” And the Lord set a mark on Cain, lest anyone finding him should kill him.”
Others include the distorted genes of men before the flood, Nimrod, Goliath, and in more recent times, Hitler and others throughout history.
It is essential to note in Luke 4:1-2 “Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit [a]into the wilderness, being tempted for forty days by the devil.” Satan tempted Jesus Christ to take the mark 666, but Jesus Christ rejected it by “it is written,” rejecting the lust of the flesh (turning stones into bread), the lust of the eyes (offering the kingdoms and riches), and the pride of life (seeking self-glory and worship by tempting God).
As Jesus did, we, too, must reject the Mark of 666; the mark may take a natural form only when the conscious state is accepted, as sin can manifest in the body.
As the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 10:13, “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.”
Let us seek love (777) and all its facets through the Holy Spirit, and only He can reveal the Father and Son. Hate puts us on the path to receiving the “Mark of 666”.
Number 6 is Hate, the number of Fallen Men, Sin, Revenge, and Disobedience.
Number 7 is Love, the number of perfection and completeness.
