The Lonely Place
When you find that you are alone;
Just you and God,
No devil to blame,
Just you and God,
What do you do?
As you walk with the Lord,
He will get you to that Lonely Place,
Speechless, dumbfounded,
No help,
Where to run you say,
Just you and the Lord of Hosts,
Kicking and Tantrums won’t work,
Submit and Surrender to Jesus Christ I pray,
Be one with Christ; be healed and whole,
Just you and the Almighty,
Then remember Blessed, you are beloved,
As the trumpet sounds,
Blessed is he who ventures into the Lonely Place.
