The eye of a needle; door to Eternity

Matthew 19:24
“Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”

“Loose the Baggage that you may fit into the door of eternity.”

Beloved Saints,
Often we wonder what Jesus meant when He said that is was easier for the camel to go through the eye of the needle. First, the eye of the needle is like the little door within a door, like the dog’s door/hole on a door in today world; in old Israel this provided security from the Romans or an Enemy with a weapon easily accessing one’s abode.

In our Lord’s analogy, the camel has no property and would enter the door alone while the rich man would purpose to enter with all his wealth, property, houses and riches; therefore imposing a great deterrent in his ability to enter the door.

Jesus is saying that we must come alone for in Kingdom of God there is no want or lack and that the currencies and wealth of the earth have no value in Heaven.

There is one means of transference of earthly wealth to Heaven, which is using riches to serve the poor and providing for others that none have any lack; provision for all. When we amass riches on earth without providing for others we go against God will.

2 Corinthians 8:15
“As it is written, He that had gathered much had nothing over; and he that had gathered little had no lack.”

“He that must come to God in Jesus Christ must come alone forsaking everything else and seeking only God The true wealth and riches.”

May our Lord preserve your thoughts, mind and soul in His eternal word, In Jesus name Amen.
